The human relationship type identifies the relationship of a kid to a parent. Currently, Family unit Tree provides 5 human relationship types:

• Adopted
• Biological
• Guardianship
• Foster
• Step

When you lot link a child to a parent, Family Tree assumes the relationship is biological. If it is non, you can modify information technology.
